HR and organization development Manager (50/80%)

SWISSto12 is recruiting an experienced HR and organization development Manager to join its team in Lausanne. The role is currently filled a.i. by the company’s management and administrative staff, who now seek re-enforcements through this dedicated recruitment to continue developing HR and organization development topics together.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following functions:

  • Manage the SWISSto12 recruitment activities for its offices in Lausanne (CH), Rehovot (Israel) and Silicon Valley (US).
  • Plan job openings; write, publish and advertise vacancy notices.
  • Pre-select candidates, schedule and conduct interviews in coordination with the SWISSto12 management and staff.
  • Follow-up on recruitment and initial classification.
  • Take responsibility for the on-boarding process.
  • Develop training plans and coordinate their execution them for the company staff.
  • Coordinate with management the organizational development topics (talent management, leadership development, evolution of the company’s organizational structure as it grows).
  • Develop performance management processes and coordinate their execution.
  • Facilitate collaboration between the teams across the various SWISSto12 sites (Switzerland, Israel, US).
  • Coordinate with the outsourced HR administration & payroll service provider.
  • General follow-up and response-channel on personnel matters.
  • Occasionally, you will be asked to participate in general tasks and services inherent to a dynamic fast-growing company.

Required experience and competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant to human resources management.
  • 5+ years of HR experience in a technical/commercial environment, preferably in Switzerland.
  • Communicating effectively, excellent relational skills and ability to work in a team with different professional and cultural backgrounds.
  • Strong acumen for organisation and team development in a technical industry.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • Proficient use of office computing and business administration software.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear and structured documentation.
  • Autonomous and proactive working style with excellent working organisation, ethics and confidentiality.
  • Excellent written & spoken English and French.
  • A combined technical/engineering and human resources background is a strong plus.

Working conditions and contract:

SWISSto12 offers a contract (part time minimum 50% or more) with an attractive compensation package. The position is to be filled as soon as possible.
